At MOUSSY VINTAGE, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not completely happy, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
